The project’s scope of work consists of an in-flight catering facility at Airport. The project includes a massive building to accommodate kitchen equipment for serving several carriers flying to the Middle East, including the domestic airline. The project will have the capacity of 24,000 meals per day. It will have dedicated areas for product deliveries, storage, food preparation, dishwashing, and garbage treatment and evacuation.
